In order to provide Credit Unions the opportunity to offer their members the advantages of a Reverse Mortgage, Direct Finance Corporation has created the innovative Credit Union Reverse Mortgage (CURVE^SM) program, offered exclusively to Credit Unions.

Our CURVE^SM program is a comprehensive turnkey Reverse Mortgage package that extends from initial product marketing, through application, processing and delivery. By partnering with Direct Finance as a Reverse Mortgage Advisor, your Credit Union can immediately become an active participant in the Reverse Mortgage field.

As a Reverse Mortgage Advisor partnering with Direct Finance, any of your members meeting eligibility requirements (homeowners age 62+) can apply for a Home Equity Conversion Mortgage through your Credit Union. The extent to which you participate in the application process is up to you. Your loan officers and member service representatives can work with an FHA-approved Direct Finance Reverse Mortgage Planner to complete the application, or you can have Direct Finance provide complete start-to-finish service.
